Gong Bath
Participants will be sitting on the ground in a comfortable environment (indoor or outdoor). Instructor(s) will provide guidance on simple breathing exercises to relax the body and calm the mind. Participants will then lie on the ground slowly, closing their eyes and enjoying deep relaxation through the sound of gong.
Sound Bath
Similar to gong bath, instructor(s) will use more than one instruments to bring deep relaxation to the participants.
Yoga and Meditation
By activating the body through asanas, participants will have high-quality time to feel and regain attention to their body and mind. Guided meditation will be included in the session.
Workshop
The importance of Quality Relaxation and emotional well-being is conveyed through activities and talks in class. Workshops may include how to add elements to balance the body and mind in daily life and simple breathing exercises and meditation for home practice.
